ABOUT YOUR GUIDE
Hi I’m Cara!
For over a decade, I have been deeply immersed in the world of essential oils, exploring their profound ability to transform body, mind, and spirit. My journey has led me to study with the both Peter Holmes and Tiffany Carole, whose teachings have shaped my approach to Aroma Point Therapy. I have had the incredible privilege of traveling to Sri Lanka and Sardinia to further my studies with Tiffany Carole, deepening my understanding of the ancient and energetic wisdom that essential oils hold.
I bring a doctorate (DACM) in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine, a field I have passionately practiced since 2011. With an undergraduate background in Health Studies and Gerontology, my work is rooted in both modern and traditional wisdom, blending science with the subtle energetics of healing.
Beyond my formal training, my spiritual path has always been my guiding force. I am deeply devoted to the Akashic Records, Human Design, and the vibrational medicine of crystals and essential oils. My approach to healing is one of soul alignment, guiding individuals into greater harmony with themselves and the world around them.
Aroma Point Therapy is more than a technique—it is an invitation to awaken your own innate healing gifts. Whether you are a seasoned practitioner or someone drawn to the magic of essential oils, this journey is about more than learning—it is about remembering.
